Glen Halley

Glen Halley is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer IV at City Utilities of Springfield since October 2003, where responsibilities include creating technical specifications for ambient adjusted ratings (AARs) and modeling the electric transmission system for analysis using PSS/E. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at various companies from 2000 to 2003, focusing on the design of electrical systems for diverse facilities, and Senior Project Engineer at Intertek Testing Services, overseeing telecommunications equipment testing. Earlier positions include Substation Design Engineer at St. Joseph Light and Power and Design Engineer roles at Kenney-Hall Construction Company, Inc. and Ledbetter, Toth and Associates, with an initial tenure in the Army National Guard as a 1st Lieutenant managing construction projects and equipment. Glen Halley holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and completed a certificate program in Computational X at Wolfram Summer School in 2024.
