Kyle Collier

Kyle Collier serves as the Chief of Police for City View ISD, a position held since May 2020, where the City View ISD Police Department was established under Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. Collier has an extensive law enforcement background, including a tenure as a retired lieutenant with the Wichita Falls Police Department from August 1989 to January 2019 and a School Resource Officer role at Wichita Falls ISD for 28 years. Collier holds advanced degrees in Criminal Justice from Angelo State University and additional training in law enforcement management from Sam Houston State University.
