Kiana Drake

Kiana Drake is an experienced professional in the field of recruitment and education, currently serving as the Recruitment Director at City Year since November 2019, after previously holding the position of Regional Recruitment Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Substitute Teacher at Clark County School District from December 2017 to December 2019 and serving as an Americorps Member at City Year from August 2016 to June 2017. Kiana holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, obtained between 2020 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
