Thomas Stenius

Thomas Stenius is an experienced property manager and consultant with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Property Manager and focusing on sustainability at Citycon since April 2016, Thomas has also been a consultant and contractor at StoneTrade since July 2009. Previously, Thomas held the position of Interim CEO at Lattiakolmio Ltd. from 2013 to 2014, where responsibilities included revitalizing operations and implementing digital management efficiencies. As a Project Director at Loxus Technologies from 2010 to 2013, Thomas was instrumental in establishing new operational procedures and expanding international sales. Prior to that, Thomas served as Sales Manager at Saunaidea Ltd. and as CEO and Owner of Compactsauna Finland Ltd., where the focus was on designing and manufacturing high-quality bathroom saunas. With a foundation in management consulting at CAA Consulting and Teleware/Modirum, along with early experience at Hanken leading international quality accreditation, Thomas has a strong background in business administration, finance, and strategic development, holding a MSc from Hanken School of Economics.
