Margo Orinicheva

Margo Orinicheva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Teacher of elementary school and speech therapist at the public school 'Kharkov special educational center #67', where they conducted lessons, organized extracurricular activities, and participated in international children development projects. From 2015 to 2015, they served as an Event Lead at a charity circus art project aimed at rehabilitating children, where they organized leisure activities, delivered psychological seminars, and collaborated with German organizers. In 2010, they also worked as a Leader of events for children/assistant of events for adult people at the event agency 'Ristenkov Event Group'.

In 2017, Margo joined L1 Technologies as an Assistant Administrative/HR Manager, where they were responsible for candidate search and selection, scheduling interviews, onboarding new employees, and collaborating with leadership on recruitment strategies and employee engagement. In 2019, they moved to Pixels Matter, LLC and served as an Office Administrator/HR manager. In this role, they oversaw the full cycle of candidate selection and interviewing, performed performance evaluations, created recruitment documentation, and focused on improving corporate culture and fostering a positive microclimate within the team.

Most recently, Margo joined CityFALCON in 2021 as an HR Manager.

Margo Orinicheva completed their education from 2006 to 2011 at Poltavskyy Natsionalnyy Pedahohichnyy Universytet Imeni V.H.Korolenka. During this time, they obtained a specialist degree in Defectology and Speech Therapy. In addition to their formal education, Margo also obtained a certification in Intercultural Management from Coursera in March 2019.
