Andrew Palmer

Andrew Palmer has work experience in both CityFibre and Mott MacDonald. At CityFibre, they served as the Head of Commercial and Contracts Excellence, leading the compliance in commercial and contractual management for national capital projects and field services, as well as the rollout of fibre to the premise. CityFibre is the largest alternative provider of wholesale fibre network infrastructure in the UK. At Mott MacDonald, Andrew worked as a Project Quantity Surveyor, specifically in the Water and Civil Engineering sector, collaborating with design consultants and civil engineering contractors to successfully deliver high-value projects.

Andrew Palmer completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University from 2005 to 2009.
