Dotty Johnson

Dotty Johnson is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in maximizing user acquisition and conversion through data-driven insights. Currently serving as a Senior Campaign Data Analyst at CityFibre since July 2022, Dotty has developed advanced Customer Journey and Funnel dashboards and implemented a comprehensive data strategy that enhances customer segmentation and facilitates collaboration across Marketing, Product, and Sales teams. Previous roles include Data Analyst at Optos, where Dotty refined automated reporting and developed Image Quality Metrics dashboards, and a prolonged tenure at Cisco, where Dotty initiated an analytics community in the Asia-Pacific region, organized data hackathons, and led a successful migration of reporting systems. Dotty holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
