Jude Felton

Jude Felton, MBA, CMgr FCMI has over 20 years of experience in service delivery and management. Jude has held various senior roles in reputable companies such as CityFibre, Entanet, EMCY Consultant Ltd, Cadent Gas Limited, Vodafone, Cable&Wireless Worldwide, Energis PLC, and Fujitsu Network Communications.

In their most recent positions at CityFibre and Entanet, Jude served as the Head of Customer Services and Head of Service Management and Development respectively.

Prior to that, they worked as a Service Delivery Consultant at EMCY Consultant Ltd, where they were responsible for creating service strategies, delivering service solutions, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Service Delivery and Management.

Jude also held the role of Service Architect (Part Time) at Cadent Gas Limited, leading a workstream for Service Delivery and implementing a service integration and management operating model.

During their tenure at Vodafone, Jude served as a Senior Service Delivery Consultant and was recognized as a rising star in the company. Jude was also a Service Consultant, responsible for delivering service solutions and promoting the Service Design function to UK customers.

At Cable&Wireless Worldwide, Jude held the positions of Service Consultant and Head of Service, where they were accountable for providing presales support, managing service levels, and delivering excellent Service Management to accounts in various sectors.

Before that, Jude worked at Energis PLC as a Service Delivery Business Manager and Head of Service, focusing on driving profitable service capability and delivering excellent Service Management to key accounts.

Jude began their career at Fujitsu Network Communications, where they served in roles such as Customer Service Manager and Service Desk Manager, overseeing the delivery of desktop programs, managing customer support tasks, and driving service improvements.

Throughout their career, Jude has demonstrated expertise in service delivery, service management, ITIL processes, and building strong customer relationships.

Jude Felton holds an MBA degree from The Open University, specializing in HR and Finance Strategy, which was obtained in 1996. In 2016, Jude Felton also completed a management program called the Federation of Management from the Chartered Management Institute. Prior to that, they attended Cheslyn Hay High School from 1985 to 1989.
