Vince Hoenigman serves on the Board of Governors for the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, appointed by California Governor Newsom, and is the founder, VP, and owner of Citymark Development, which has constructed over 1,500 homes in the greater San Diego area. Vince's commitment to conservation is evident through their roles on the Board of Trustees for the National Parks Conservation Association and the Board of Directors for the Saint Anthony Foundation, in addition to providing seed funding for Team Prime Time. Vince is also a member of the UCLA Chancellor's Society and the founder of the Hoenigman Family Foundation, which has donated over $2 million to support environmental and child development initiatives. Previous leadership includes co-chairing the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research Association, driving fundraising efforts for a new Urban Center, and teaching as an assistant physics teacher at Gateway High School. Vince holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a Master's in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan.
