Francis Turatto

Francis Turatto has extensive experience in customer care and journalism, currently serving as a customer care employee for Telecom Italia since 2005, specializing in Vodafone and Tim services in Padova. Since 2012, Francis has also been the editor-in-chief for the events section at PadovaOggi, contributing as a journalist and collaborating with the news section, while acting as a correspondent for VeneziaToday during the 70th Venice International Film Festival. Previous to these roles, Francis worked as a commercial manager for Edilmark Snc, overseeing orders and customer management from 2004 to 2005. Educational accomplishments include a diploma in Sommelier from AIS Associazione italiana sommelier and studies in Communication at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Università degli Studi di Padova.
