Nicole B-Z

Nicole B-Z has worked in various companies and roles over the years. Their most recent position is as CEO of Cityroots DAO, a startup focused on innovating within Web3 and building a community for the NFT ecosystem. Prior to this, they founded BZ Coaching and served as managing partner at Elle Consulting, LLC. Nicole also held various managerial positions in the music and arts industry, such as online marketing manager and arts market manager at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and Foundation, Inc. Additionally, they were the executive director of the Association of Artist Managers and managing director of Get Poison: A Music Label in Sydney, Australia. B-Z also served as an adjunct professor of Business & Arts, Music Industry Studies at the Australian Institute of Music.

Nicole B-Z has a BA in Business Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder, which was obtained from 1998 to 2002. Nicole also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from TAFE NSW in 2004-2005. In 2007-2009, they attended the University of Technology Sydney where they earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a field of study in Arts Management. In 2017-2018, they pursued their PCC and ELI-MP degrees from iPEC Coaching. Nicole B-Z has also obtained several certifications such as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2020, Bookkeeping from Manage Your Own Books Australia in 2010, and an Audio Engineering Diploma from SAE Institute Australia in 2004.
