David Geldart

David Geldart is currently the Director of Investments at CityVest, a leader in helping accredited investors deploy capital in real estate private equity funds. Prior to this role, David served as the Director of Investor Relations and Capital at Lean REI, a Multifamily Investment Firm specializing in properties in the Tampa area. With experience in sales and engineering roles at companies like Sunrun, Heartland Capital, GE Healthcare, Linden Photonics, and Senko Advanced Components, David brings a diverse skill set to the table. David holds a degree from Northeastern University.
