Craig Burgess

Craig Burgess has a strong work experience in various roles related to operations and human resources. Craig started their career in 1992 as an Operations Manager and Office Manager at the Australian Services Union, where they worked until 2013. In 2013, they joined City Year UK as a Senior Operations and Finance Manager, eventually progressing to Head of HR & Operations and then Director of HR & Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at City Year UK.

Craig Burgess completed the Emerging Leaders Programme - Fellowship in Social Leadership at Clore Social in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Advanced Diploma of Information Technology from RMIT University from 2002 to 2005. In 1990 to 1993, Craig earned a Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) from Dandenong TAFE.
