Simon Bacon

Director, Montreal Behavioural Medicine Centre at CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'île-de-Montréal

Simon Bacon is a Professor at Concordia University, where roles include FRQS co-Chair in AI and Digital Health for Behaviour Change, CIHR SPOR Chair in Innovative, Patient-Oriented, Behavioural Clinical Trials, and FRQS Chair in Behavioural Medicine, with tenure beginning in June 2005. Additionally, Simon Bacon serves as the Director of the Montreal Behavioural Medicine Centre at CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'île-de-Montréal since 2012. Previous experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center from 2001 to 2004. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Birmingham, a Master of Science in Sports and Exercise from De Montfort University, and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Warwick.
