Nicole Turner has extensive experience in human resources leadership roles. Nicole is currently the Global Vice President of Human Resources at OPW, a Dover Company, where they are responsible for designing and executing the HR strategy for the organization. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas region at Morton Salt, supporting over 4,000 employees across multiple countries. Before that, Nicole was the Group Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at IDEX Corporation, where they provided HR leadership and support to various executive leaders. Nicole also held roles at Schneider Electric, including Senior Human Resources Director and Human Resources Director, where they led HR teams and supported global supply chain operations. Nicole began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Coats. Throughout their career, they have been involved in talent management, organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, and total rewards.

Nicole Turner completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at the University of Ottawa from 1990 to 1994. Following that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services at Humber College from 1995 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they completed the Professional Manager Development Program (PMDP) at Schneider Electric. In 2012, they received Lean Manager Training, which focused on Kaizan and Lean Principles, also at Schneider Electric. In 2014, Nicole participated in both the LEAD to Inspire: Global Top Leader Development Program at Schneider Electric and Negotiations Training at Michigan State University.
