Sitbon Lea has worked for two companies. sitbon began their career in 2010 at Raicol Crystals, where they held the role of Laboratory Team Leader. In 2018, they joined Civan Advanced Technologies as an Optical NPI Engineer.

Sitbon Lea holds an Engineer's Degree in electro-optics from JCT מכון טל, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006.
