Phil Bak

Phil Bak is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the exchange-traded fund (ETF) industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Advisory Board Chairman at Armada ETF Advisors since November 2021, Phil also holds the position of Strategic Advisor at Civex and has previously acted as Chief Investment Officer at Signal Advisors. Phil founded and led Exponential ETFs from April 2016 to September 2020, where the company managed various ETF strategies across multiple asset classes. Phil's robust background includes serving as Managing Director at the New York Stock Exchange, overseeing ETF listing sales and market structure enhancements, and working as Senior Product Manager at Guggenheim Investments, focusing on product development for ETF and mutual fund offerings. Phil began a career in ETF product management with XShares Advisors, furthering expertise in ETF development. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Yeshiva University.
