Hayley Garza

Hayley Garza is a skilled consultant currently working with Civic CM since June 2023, bringing substantial experience in analysis from previous roles at Swinerton as a Scheduling/Claims Analyst and Scheduling/Cost Analyst from January 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that, Hayley served as a Project Engineer at Skanska from January 2018 to April 2020, contributing to projects such as the Beaverton Public Safety Center and Vancouver Public School's McLoughlin Middle School/Marshall Elementary School. Early career experience includes an internship as a Safety/Project Engineer at Turner Construction Company in early 2017, focusing on safety oversight at the San Antonio International Airport's Consolidated Rental Car Facility Project. Hayley is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Analytics at Southern New Hampshire University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
