Rebekah Scheinfeld

Rebekah Scheinfeld serves as the President and CEO of Civic Consulting Alliance and is currently on sabbatical from R&R. Previously, Rebekah held the position of Commissioner for the Department of Transportation in the City of Chicago and served as the Chief Planning Officer and Senior Vice President at the Chicago Transit Authority. Rebekah's career began as an Associate at Mayer Brown. Rebekah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and earned a law degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
