Dwayne Naylor

Dwayne Naylor is an accomplished executive in the credit union sector, currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Civic Federal Credit Union, the first all-digital comprehensive credit union in the United States, since June 2018. Naylor also holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Local Government Federal Credit Union, which ranks as the fourth-largest credit union in North Carolina. With extensive experience, Naylor has served in leadership roles at various credit unions, including Executive Vice President at Langley Federal Credit Union and Vice President of Audit Services at State Employees' Credit Union. Naylor's educational background includes a Ph.D. student in Designing Sustainable Systems at Case Western Reserve University, a Global MBA from Duke University, and a diploma from ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, along with a leadership certificate from Wharton Business School.
