Madeleine Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Madeleine is currently the Co-Founder of Civic Roundtable since January 2022. In 2021, they worked as a City Leadership Fellow for the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, focusing on Criminal Justice Policy in Atlanta. In 2020, they had a role in Special Projects at the Police Executive Research Forum. From 2019 to 2020, they were involved in Product & Operations at Covalent Networks. Prior to that, they worked at Mark43 from 2016 to 2019, holding positions as a Product Manager for Growth, Implementation Manager, and Implementation Associate. Madeleine also served as a Board of Directors member at the Harvard Coop from 2013 to 2016.
Madeleine Smith's education history includes earning an AB degree in Social Studies from Harvard University in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Noble and Greenough School from 2008 to 2012. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School, both of which are expected to be completed by 2023.
