Douglas Ibrahim

Douglas Ibrahim has extensive experience in strategy development and implementation, currently serving as the Group Strategy Director at Civica since October 2017, collaborating closely with the executive leadership team to define and communicate the company's strategic objectives. In addition, Douglas has been the Head of Strategy at Kumpo Consulting since April 2016, providing independent consulting services to clients facing operational and strategic challenges. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Credo Business Consulting LLP from April 2008 to January 2016, where Douglas advised FTSE250 institutions and high-growth businesses on strategic change. Douglas holds an MBiochem in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Plant Evolution and Ecophysiology from The University of Sheffield.
