Helen Owen

Helen Owen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Helen is currently working as the Head of People and Organisational Development at Civica, where they oversee the delivery of critical services to citizens around the world. Prior to their current role, Helen worked at Deloitte as a Senior Human Resources Manager, responsible for various leadership teams and delivering HR transformation projects. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner and Senior Consultant at CSC, where they were a part of the internal consulting services team. Helen also held various roles at Fujitsu, including HR Manager, HR Consultant, and Lean Practitioner, where they gained commercial experience and supported business objectives through continuous improvement initiatives.

Helen Owen pursued their education primarily at the University of Wolverhampton. In 1998, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Business and French. Later, in 2002, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services. Moving forward to 2006, Helen pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Development, which they completed in 2008. Lastly, in 2011, they attended the University of East London School of Psychology and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology in 2012.
