Paul Say is the Chief Marketing Officer at Civica and the Owner & Director of SAY - DE CONSULTING LTD. With a background in business transformation, growth marketing, digital, and customer experience strategy in the UK & Europe, their recent focus has been on digital and marketing transformation, international growth marketing, customer experience, business transformation, marketing technology, and marketing automation. Prior to their current roles, Paul has held positions such as Vice President Growth Marketing at Sage, Marketing Transformation Leader at E.ON UK, and Chief Marketing Officer at Sage UK & Ireland, among others. Paul holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics, a PGCert in E-Commerce, a DipM in Marketing, and A Levels in Economics, Maths, Physics, and General Studies.
