Chris Garbo

Chris Garbo has extensive experience in project management within the engineering and environmental sectors, currently serving as Project Manager at CIVIL DESIGN & ENGINEERING INC since February 2021. Previously, Chris held senior project management roles at Cherokee Federal and Galileo Project LLC, contributing to high-voltage project management and asset management for the Department of Energy. Chris's career includes roles as a Project Engineer and Project Manager at Civil Design & Engineering and Northstar Technology Corporation, where responsibilities included managing budgets, resources, and schedules for the design and construction of high-voltage transmission lines and substations. Earlier experience also includes environmental planning and GIS analysis at Environmental Planning Group and the Bureau of Land Management. Chris holds a Master's degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
