David Silvester

David Silvester is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and transportation infrastructure. Currently serving as the Manager of Projects at Civil Design, Inc. since June 2021, David has previously held key positions including Kansas City District Engineer at MoDOT from September 2019 to June 2021 and District Engineer at the Missouri Department of Transportation from November 2011 to June 2021. David's career in engineering began at the Missouri Department of Transportation, where roles included Assistant District Engineer from 2001 to 2011. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University, obtained between 1987 and 1991, after completing studies at Southwestern Oklahoma State University from 1985 to 1987.
