Blaine M. Comer Pe, Pls

Blaine M. Comer, PE, PLS has extensive work experience in the civil engineering field. Blaine M. began their career as a Design Engineer at ARIX Engineers in 1985 and worked there until 1986. Blaine M. then joined Versar as a Design Engineer - Project Manager in 1986 and stayed with the company for 11 years. In 1997, they joined Agrarian Research & Management as a Principal / Project Manager and worked there until 1999. From 1999 to 2002, Blaine worked at Forsgren Associates as a Senior Project Manager. Since 2002, they have been at Civil Science, where they currently hold the position of Principal / Vice President.
