Luis Blanco Seguerit P.e

Luis Blanco Seguerit, P.E., is an accomplished Project Engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering. Since November 2021, Luis has worked at Civil Science, previously serving as a Roadway Engineer at BCC Engineering Inc. from October 2018 to October 2021, and as a Civil Engineer at CPS, Ltd. from June 2017 to September 2018. Early career roles include Grader at North Dakota State University, Student Design Assistant at the Department of Transportation Support Center, and a Transportation Engineering Intern at Moore Engineering, Inc. Additionally, Luis has experience as a Research Assistant and various positions in hospitality and distribution. Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and has also studied at Universidad de Carabobo.
