Rebecca came to the company as a part-time intern while she was getting her Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a focus on human resources, from San Diego State University.
She has quickly risen to become a Consultant, handling much of the back end work for all of the clients. Rebecca creates the training programs, pulls together surveys and survey reports, works with clients to create action plans for culture change, writes the blog posts, and more.
