Zachary Schieffelin

Zach Schieffelin is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the electric vehicle and bicycle industries. As the Founder and CEO of Civilized Cycles since January 2016, Zach has developed innovative e-bike designs that redefine industry standards, securing seven patents. Prior to this, Zach founded and led Carbon Negative from 2012 to 2016, focusing on premium electric vehicle retail and serving as a franchise dealer for Zero electric motorcycles. Zach also established Vespa Soho, a full-service Vespa retail dealership in Manhattan, from 2002 to 2012, where business operations were successfully managed. Earlier in their career, Zach worked as an Associate Business Analyst at Jupiter Research, specializing in strategic marketing and market research. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business and has also attended Dunwoody College of Technology.
