Heber Torres

Heber Torres is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the engineering sector. Currently serving as Principal Electrical Engineer at Civiltec Engineering, Inc. since January 2022, Heber previously held positions as Electrical Engineering Manager at Westwood Professional Services from August 2017 to January 2022 and Engineering Manager at Delta Systems Engineering, Inc. from April 2005 to July 2017. Earlier in Their career, Heber worked as a Water Systems Operator - SCADA for the City of Phoenix, a Field Service Engineer at Tokyo Electron US, and served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate. Heber earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completing studies from 1996 to 2000.
