Laura (Hoesly) Cleary

Laura (Hoesly) Cleary is an accomplished data science professional currently serving as the Applied Data Science Lead at Civis Analytics since September 2020. In this role, Laura manages a core team of four while co-managing a larger cross-functional team of over 15 members, focusing on building and supporting data pipelines and dashboards for a multi-million dollar client. Previously, as a Senior Applied Data Scientist at Summit Consulting, LLC, Laura led teams on projects related to Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities and was responsible for data management and analysis. Laura's earlier experience includes roles such as Lab Consultant and Editor in Chief of La Vie, the Penn State Yearbook. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics from Penn State University.
