Rob Freidhoff has over twenty years of experience in higher education, focusing on academic advising, data analytics, and student success. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Community Development at Civitas Learning, where they build relationships with partners to improve student outcomes using data insights. Before joining Civitas Learning, Rob held various leadership roles at Valdosta State University, including Associate Vice President for Student Success and Executive Director of Advising. Rob also worked as the Director of the Engineering Advising Center at the University of Michigan and as the Director of the Padnos College of Engineering and Computing at Grand Valley State University. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated success in supporting academic programs and services, assisting students in co-curricular activities, and providing effective academic advising.

Rob Freidhoff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Grand Valley State University, which they completed in 2002. Rob also holds a Master of Education degree in Adult & Higher Education from the same institution, obtained in 2005.
