Audrey Schafer

Audrey Schafer is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Civitas Resources since November 2021, a position held following the merger of Bonanza Creek Energy, Extraction Oil & Gas, and Crestone Peak Resources. Prior to this, Audrey held roles as Human Resources Director at Bonanza Creek Energy from April to November 2021, and at HighPoint Resources from March 2018 to April 2021, where significant organizational mergers took place. Audrey's early career included various HR positions at Bill Barrett Corporation, The Ritz-Carlton, and Vail Resorts. Educationally, Audrey holds a BSBA in Marketing and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder.
