Jeff DeBo has over 19 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Specialist, Health and Safety Services at American Red Cross Willamette Chapter from August 2001 to July 2005. Jeff then became the Director, Health and Safety Services from July 2005 to June 2007.
After that, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at AutoAnything from July 2007 to October 2009.

Jeff then went on to enroll in Portland State University - School of Business from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Advertising.
