Aleksandre Davitidze

Aleksandre Davitidze has a comprehensive work experience in the field of freight forwarding and logistics. Aleksandre is currently serving as the President of the Association of Freight Forwarders of Georgia since February 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Managing Director at CJ ICM from January 2018. Before that, they worked as the General Manager at IBRAKOM from January 2015 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, they served as the Branch Manager at Kuehne + Nagel from August 2012 to January 2015. Aleksandre started their professional journey at Georgian Trans Expedition, where they worked as the Operations and Project Manager from April 2008 to August 2012.

Aleksandre Davitidze's education history begins with their attendance at the #55 Public School from 1989 to 1999. Aleksandre then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations and Air Transport Management at the Georgian Technical University, where they graduated with honors in 2003. From 2004 to 2006, Davitidze continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Management, also graduating with honors.

In 2009, they received a certificate in Freight Forwarding from the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA). Aleksandre furthered their education in the field of cargo transportation and logistics by completing the SABIT Cargo Transportation and Logistics Program at the United States Department of Commerce in 2012. Later, they engaged in leadership studies at the Kuehne+Nagel Academy, The Global Learning Network, where they obtained a degree in Leadership in 2014.

Davitidze also holds an additional certification in Air Cargo from the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA), although the specific timeframe for this certification is not mentioned.
