Jessica Pantoja

Jessica Pantoja, MSW, has extensive experience in social work and program management, currently serving as the Program Director of the Parent Aide Program at Family Compass since April 2015. In this role, Jessica oversees program staff, maintains accreditation with the National Exchange Club, conducts performance reviews, ensures adherence to quality standards, and promotes recruitment for the program. Previous positions include Bilingual Case Manager, Home Assessor Contractor, and Graduate Student Intern, demonstrating a strong background in case management, home assessments, and psychosocial interventions. Jessica holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington.
