Kelly Daum

Kelly began recruiting in 2008 with a financial services firm overseeing three offices. When the opportunity presented itself in 2010 to join her husband, they formed CK Recruiting, a specialty recruiting firm specifically focused on the insurance industry. Her recruiting strategy is different than most in that she seeks out talented professionals first, then forms the right opportunity with the right organization around that individual’s skill set and defined parameters. Her unique approach has proven to offer long-lasting working relationships that withstand the test of time.

She continues to remain focused on the insurance industry, including the Commercial Property and Casualty, Employee Benefits, and Personal Lines sides of the business. She sees a plethora of opportunities coming up in the industry.

Kelly attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando earning Bachelor of Arts degrees in Advertising/Public Relations and Psychology. Prior to the recruiting industry, she worked in online, print, and TV advertising. She has also been a licensed Realtor since 2003.
