Martin Katz has over 25 years of work experience. Martin began their career in 1995 as a Social Worker for the Jewish Family Service of Greater New Orleans. In 2000, they became a Comprehensive Care Manager for Magellan Behavioral Health. In 2003, they worked as a Database Administrator for the Memphis Zoological Society. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Support Analyst for Synchronics/Radiant Systems. From 2007 to 2012, they were a Senior Software Support Representative for Advanced Retail Management Systems, where they were key in expanding sales of the company's #1 product, CounterPointSQL. In 2012, they became a Team Leader, Sr. Software Support Representantive and Counterpoint Program Manager for Retail Information System. From 2013 to 2022, they worked as a Sr. Software Support Representantive for J&M Systems. Martin is currently a Project Lead for C&K Systems.
Martin Katz obtained their MSW from Washington University in St. Louis from 1990 to 1992 and their BA in Social Work from The University of Memphis from 1980 to 1990. In May 2022, they obtained their PCI Qualified Integrator and Reseller (QIR) certification from the PCI Security Standards Council.
