Art Kleppen

Jim Conley and Art Kleppen started CK originally as Conley and Kleppen Enterprises back in 1964. They started making improved TIG torches in their garages and grew the company rapidly from humble beginnings. In 1992, Jim and Art decided to go separate ways, but remained close friends. Art changed the name to CK Worldwide Inc, and over the years the company grew immensely due to innovative products, as well a wonderful group of employees, 'Team CK', helping to drive it into the future. Over the years Art and team patented more items in the TIG industry than any other manufacturer. This included over 50+ CK Worldwide exclusive products that no one else had at the time. Over the years many of these innovations have been copied, but the truth remains the same in that all these ideas came from CK Worldwide.
