Arielle Ross is a qualified mediator at the ADR Institute of Canada and a provincial representative at CLAC, where responsibilities include worker advocacy, collective agreement negotiations, and training union members in labour relations. Ross has extensive experience in conflict resolution, having led grievance meetings and conducted legal research pertaining to employment statutes. Previous roles include being an English language monitor for the Government of Canada, an administrator and employment counsellor at The Working Centre, and a program coordinator for YMCA Canada.
