Alejandro Saa

Alejandro Saa has worked in two companies since 2012. In 2012 they were a Practicante at EMCALI - Telecomunicaciones, where they were responsible for the design and development of a CRM platform integrated with Elastix for the commercial direction of EMCALI Telecomunicaciones sede Guabito. Theiraccomplishments included the implementation of the CRM to optimize customer information administration and the automation of the telephone network through the PBX (Elastix).

In 2013, they joined CLAI PAYMENTS as a Senior Global Product Manager, where they were responsible for the regional (North, Central and South America) Benchmark solution of Autoriza7. This platform allowed Retail, Banking and Financial Services companies to know the load capacity of their payment platforms. Alejandro also simulated the messaging processed by devices such as ATMs, POSs, MasterCard, VISA, WebServices, among others. Theirduties included updating and optimizing the functionalities of the Autoriza7 Benchmark platform.

Alejandro Saa attended Universidad Autónoma de Occidente from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained an Ingeniero Electrónico y Telecomunicaciones degree in Ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica y de comunicaciones. In 2011, they also attended Universidad Diego Portales. Alejandro holds a Certificación Mensajería ISO 8583 certification.
