Chris Evans has extensive experience in people management and development, currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture at Claims Consortium Group since September 2007, where responsibilities include recruitment, training, employee engagement, and company culture. Previously, Chris was the Learning and Development Manager, focusing on internal staff training and industry training programs. Earlier roles included Area Sites Manager at Taylor Woodrow, Type & Design Manager at the Charity Commission for England and Wales, and Senior Surveyor at Magna Housing Group. Chris holds a BA (Hons) in Design from Somerset College of Art and GCE's & A Levels from Great Salterns in Portsmouth.
