Wayne Calderbank

Wayne Calderbank is an experienced professional in data management and performance analysis, currently serving as the Group Data and Performance Director at Claims Consortium Group since July 2022. Previously, Wayne held the position of Head of Data Science at Crawford & Company from August 2019 to June 2022. Wayne's extensive career at AXA spanned over two decades, during which various roles included UK Data Strategy Manager for Claims Transformation, Casualty Claims Technical Manager, and Casualty Claims Senior Technical Case Manager, among others. Wayne's career began as an Insurance Broker at Alliance Insurance in 1995. Wayne's foundational education was completed at Southlands High School from 1989 to 1994.
