Leszek Mielnikow

Leszek Mielnikow has had a varied career in the tech industry. In 2018, they began working as a Management Consultant at Deloitte. In 2019, they moved to Sberbank as a Product Manager. In 2020, they founded Appalique, an online women clothing D2C brand store, and Holaf, a repair master geo search service platform. In 2021, they joined Claira as the first Product Manager, overseeing both client facing platform side as well as internal DS and Dev tools, and also worked as a VC Fellow at GoAhead Ventures. Most recently, in 2022, they co-founded Coacheery, an interview coaching service.

Leszek Mielnikow is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance and Banking at King's College London. Leszek has also attended Y Combinator's Startup School and obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Moscow Finance and Law Academy (MFUA).
