From 2002 to 2004, Jorge worked as a Marketing Manager at Domino's Pizza Switzerland. In 2004, Jorge joined Pc City, Dixon's Group as an Area Manager B2B/Jefe de Tienda/Business Sales Manager. Jorge then moved to Samsonite, where they served as a Retail Manager for South West Europe from 2008 to 2009. Jorge managed the profit and loss of different brands and analyzed and improved store performance. Jorge also oversaw store openings and closings.
Prior to their current role, Jorge worked at Claire's since 2010. Jorge held various positions, including District Manager, Project Manager Europe, and Head of Stores/Operations Franchise and New Business. In these roles, they provided leadership and support to stores and partners, developed operational and commercial strategies, and maximized sales and key performance indicators.

Jorge Sánchez García earned a TEAT degree in Tourism from Universidad de Burgos between 1995 and 1998. Later, they pursued an MBA Master in Business Administration at Universidad Ide-Cesdem from 2000 to 2001.
