Amanda Rance Ma

Amanda Rance is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Clancy since April 2018, Amanda oversees the HR Admin team, leads Diversity & Inclusion efforts, and manages strategic projects, including HRIS implementation. Previous roles at Carillion involved implementing HR people plans, supporting business development, and leading significant change programs. Amanda's early career included HR positions at Luminar Leisure, Hanson Building Products, and J D Wetherspoon PLC, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment support to providing HR advice on company-wide matters. Amanda holds an MA in Personnel & Development and a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management with Psychology.
