Lee Tillett has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Lee began their career as a Carpenter at Tom Myers Construction Company in 1998 and worked there until 2005. Lee then joined Mosley Construction as a Superintendent before moving on to HENSEL PHELPS in 2006. At HENSEL PHELPS, they started as a Field Engineer/Office Engineer before being promoted to Superintendent.
In 2007, Tillett continued their career at HENSEL PHELPS as a Superintendent, where they were responsible for various construction projects, including Park Area Development and meeting room remodeling. Lee also served as an Office Engineer and Project Engineer, handling administrative tasks such as subcontractor coordination and document control.
In 2012, Tillett joined RCI Builders Incorporated as an Operations Manager and later became a Project Manager at Citrix Raleigh. Lee worked in this role until 2019 when they joined Monteith Construction Corp. as a Project Executive. In this role, they were responsible for managing projects until early 2023.
Currently, Lee Tillett is serving as a Senior Project Manager at Clancy & Theys Construction Company, a position they started in February 2023.
Lee Tillett completed their Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Riverside High School from 1998 to 2002, although no degree or field of study was specified during this period. Lee also obtained a certification as a Procore Certified: Associate from Procore Technologies in March 2016.
