Mark Daves

Mark Daves has an extensive work experience in the construction industry. Mark currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Clancy & Theys Construction Company, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CRB from August 2013 to July 2022, where they held the roles of Project Manager and Construction Manager. As a Construction Manager, Mark was responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, managing quality assurance, reviewing submittals, scheduling resources, handling RFIs, writing contracts and change orders, tracking project budgets, and overseeing project closeout. Before CRB, Mark worked as a Project Manager at DH Pace from July 2009 to July 2013. Mark also has experience as a Project Engineer at ESI Contracting Corp from May 2007 to June 2009. Additionally, Mark worked as an Assistant Superintendent at Morelock-Ross Builders from November 2005 to May 2007. Prior to entering the construction industry, Mark gained valuable experience as a Statics/Surveying assignment grader at Missouri State University from August 2006 to May 2007.

Mark Daves attended Missouri State University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
