Layon Costa

Layon Costa is currently the COO at SAKS, with previous experience as General Manager at Clara and Product / Business Development Head at Rappi. Before that, Layon was a Product Lead at QuintoAndar and Co-Founder at GetNuts. Layon has also held various roles at Google, The Dow Chemical Company, Volvo Trucks, WHB Fundição e Usinagem, and Grow Investimentos. Layon holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, an MS in Design Innovation from Northwestern University, and a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana. Additionally, Layon completed an education program at Latitud.
